Central Saanich Extreme Fastball offers several Pre-Season Clinics to help players prepare for each Spring Season.

Pitching Clinics

Learn the proper technique for full windmill pitching. Held once per week for 8-9 weeks in January - March each year. 60 minutes per session.

Winter Skills Clinics

Winter Skills Clinics are held indoors once per week with a focus on hitting, throwing, catching, fielding and base-running skills. January - March.
