Schedule
In U15, there are usually 1-2 games per week. Practice schedules vary from year to year and depend on field and coach preference, but in the past there have been 1-2 practices per week depending on the number of games that are scheduled.
Age Requirements
In Spring 2024, U15 Fastball is for players born in 2009 and 2010.
It is possible for younger players to join if space is available, contact the Registrar if you would like to request your younger player to play at this level.
Assessments
Assessments may be required depending on registration numbers.
Team Selection
We will make every effort to accommodate any friend or coaching request, no guarantees can be made. Priority will be given to past Extreme players first, then on a first-come-first-served basis.
Uniforms
Players will receive a team uniform shirt and a hat that they get to keep at the end of the season (there is no uniform deposit). Please ensure that they wear it to each game. Players are required to wear black ball pants.
Equipment
Required equipment:
- batting helmet with a strap and cage
- glove
- cleats (recommended, but not mandatory, baseball or soccer cleats are fine)
- infield face guards for pitchers (recommended for all players)
- black ball pants
Please ensure that you mark the player's name on everything. A white label or masking tape works well on the outside of the batting helmet and handwritten on labels in shirts, glove and hats.
